🔁 Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

All tags, labels, and packaging remain intact

A Return Authorization (RA) is requested and approved prior to return shipment

For alternate sizing or styles, we kindly ask that you place a new order and return the original item separately.

Items not meeting return criteria may incur a 50% restocking fee or be declined entirely

🌍 Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Packages returned to Vesante due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or customer refusal will be automatically refunded upon arrival. Shipping costs may be retained unless the error originated from us.
